We try to get everything turned around, processed and shipped out as quickly as possible, but we do have a small staff. Currently we try to get everything out the door no later than 2 business days after we receive the order. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, not including federal holiday when the Postal Service does not run. For purposes of online sales, business days end at 5:00 Eastern time, so if we receive an order near or after that time, it very likely will not be processed for shipping until the next business day and picked up by the Postal Service until the day after that.
Credit Card Fraud Protection
We have been occasionally asked to ship something to a different address than the billing address of the credit card holder. Some of those times have proven to be fraudulent attempts to use someone else’s credit card. We have found that it is just easier to make a standard policy that we WILL NOT SHIP to any address other than the billing address of the credit card holder. We understand that this can cause additional hassles for some people, but we feel it’s more important to protect people against fraudulent purchases as much as possible.
In the State of Tennessee, you must be 18 years of age to purchase any tobacco products. Other jurisdictions have different age requirements. By purchasing products on this site, you are guaranteeing that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco in the jurisdiction in which you live.
We will ship products anywhere in the United States using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, which we have found to have the best balance of speed, reliability and cost.
We charge a $10 flat shipping fee for all purchases under $100. Spend more than $100 and we waive the standard shipping fee.
We are not currently offering international shipping (i.e. shipping to Canada). We have not found a cost-effective and speedy way to make this happen at this time.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express in our online store.
We do not process your payment until we have physically verified that your desired products are available and ready for shipment. If for some reason, we have sold out of a product that you have attempted to purchase online, we will contact you as soon as possible to change the order.
We do not, as a general rule, purchase extra insurance on packages we are shipping. Packages are automatically insured by the post office up to a certain amount, but the cost of extra insurance would require us to charge more for each package we ship. If you would like to request insurance be added to your shipment, please let us know in the notes section of the order, or via email. We will find out what the extra amount will be and add it to your order.
We pack each order carefully to avoid damage, but if something is damaged enroute, please take photos and email them to us so we can take the appropriate steps to make it right.
Refunds and Exchanges
Cigars are a perishable product. We will take every reasonable step to make sure they arrive to you quickly and in great shape. Once the cigars have left our hands, though, we cannot control all the variables that ensure their great condition. Therefore, we cannot accept return of cigars for refunds or exchanges. Unless the shipper has damaged the shipment, all sales are final.
